The Tasmanian Food and Beverage Guide from Australia's gourmet island State, was developed as a reference tool for potential buyers of Tasmanian Produce. The Tasmanian Food and Beverage Guide lists those Tasmanian businesses that are currently supplying, or are interested in supplying, interstate or export markets with Tasmanian produce. It is used at trade exhibitions, trade and media promotions, inward buyer missions and general agri-food business enquiries.
