Terms of Use

Visitors to this site should read the terms of use.

If you wish to have a listing then you must accept the terms of agreement.

Browser Support

BizTas is optimised to work on Internet Explorer Version 5 or later. Other browsers may experience some restrictions.

"Not Verified" Watermark

When a record is first published, it appears with a watermark "Not Verified". This means that the record owner has not confirmed in writing that the record is truthful and accurate. When confirmation is received, the watermark is removed. As we do not verify the accuracy and truthfulness of each record, please read the Terms of Use before relying on any information provided.

BizTas checks records that have not been updated recently and asks record owners to confirm that the information is still accurate. If they do not respond, the "Not Verified" watermark is switched back on to inform visitors that some details may be out of date. After a period of inactivity and failure to respond, the record will be hidden until the record owner re-establishes contact.

Why we hide the business e-mail address

When you register your business, we ask you to provide two email addresses. The first one is used by BizTas to communicate with you about administration matters eg. when you register and if you change your password. The second email address is the one you would like the public to use when they contact you. (In many cases, the two email addresses may be the same.) We do not publish your email address to help protect you from unsolicited commercial email or SPAM. Instead, visitors complete a form that is then emailed to you.
